When a rookie AV guy realises that he has been sent to install a TV for a mobster’s mansion, he has to keep his head down and finish the job to get out alive.

Things become quickly complicated by a mob enforcer who is clearly an international war criminal; the mobster’s mother who knows a little about violence herself; the mobster’s daughter who wants to escape; and a surprising amount of other tradies who have also been called to the job. Or are they hiding secrets of their own?

A fast-paced comedy about family, purpose, and not-so-organised crime, La Familia was developed in 2025 with a series of writers’ rooms and launched at a private play reading to huge success.
